Bradley Smith, PE, client services director, has been appointed to the Missouri State University Customer Experience (CX) Program Advisory Board. Membership on the board is by invitation only and based on personal and professional accomplishments. Smith will support the board by offering his experience to faculty and students through occasional visits to classrooms and forums, and by providing feedback on MSU’s Customer Experience Certificate Program. Developed by industry experts and thought leaders, the CX program teaches professionals how to integrate strategies and methodologies to measure, evaluate, and improve the customer experience throughout an organization. Smith, a Missouri S&T alum, has been with FDH for over 8 years, first as an engineering project manager, then advancing to his current role in commercial management, delivering exceptional customer service to premier telecom industry clients. Smith is based in the firm’s St. Louis office.
