FDH Recognized as NATE STAR Initiative Participant Posted on Nov 8, 2018

The National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) recently announced its qualified STAR Initiative participants for 2018-2019 and FDH is again among the top 100+ companies selected and recognized for its safety, training, accountability and reliability standards. FDH is honored and proud to have received this recognition each year since the program’s inception in 2011 thanks to its hard working team members, including Troy Peavey, Director of Safety, Don Doty, Business Development Manager, Pat Moore, Field Operations Advisor, Clark Dunn, Manager of Field Personnel, and more.

The NATE STAR Initiative is created to help companies operate safely while recognizing tower erectors that voluntarily adhere to higher standards. Eligibility for membership in the STAR Initiative program requires companies to agree to (1) requisite levels of training, (2) implementation of a robust Safety & Health program, (3) the presence of a Competent Person on site at all times, and (4) the conduct and submission of quarterly site safety audits, among other requirements.
