Small Cell Project for Major Carrier
FDH is providing A&E Services to wireless carriers adding small cells to increase their service coverage and cellular network capacity. In this ongoing project, FDH is developing construction drawings (CDs) for 9 light pole swaps and 3 rooftop sites in support of a major carrier’s small cell rollout. This project involves site investigations, analyzing existing loading through installation of antennas, remote radio heads (RRHs), and proposed hybrid cable installation. Construction drawings provide grounding specifications, electrical specifications, compound layout, proposed/existing antenna layout, and applicable codes for local governing authorities.
