In the February 2016 issue of AGL Magazine, Don Doty, regulatory compliance advisor for FDH Velocitel, discusses how broadcasters can prepare for the changes that may result to their facilities following the upcoming Federal Communications Commission 101 reverse auction for full power and Class A TV broadcast stations. Doty advises broadcasters to begin planning now to develop realistic budgets and timetables for implementing changes to their towers, such as adding/replacing antenna systems and RF equipment.
