Turnkey Site Development for Wireless Tower

FDH was contracted by a major carrier to develop a new wireless tower. From start to finish, the collaboration of FDH’s full-service development teams provided the carrier with assurance of total project completion, within budget and on schedule. FDH provided site Survey and 1A Certification, prepared Zoning Drawings, represented the project at Zoning Hearings, performed Phase 1 Environmental Assessment, prepared National Environmental Policy Act documents, performed Geotechnical Investigation, developed Construction Drawings, coordinated project Permitting, provided Construction Staking, performed Construction Management and provided As- Built Survey. One of the challenges of this site included its location on a commercial parcel with other uses and existing easements of record. The construction drawings provided an access drive, compound layout, grounding specifications, electrical specifications, proposed tower and antenna layout, and applicable codes for local governing authorities. FDH’s experienced site acquisition, civil, geotechnical, structural and construction teams ensured coordinated development of each phase of the project with rapid site development for the client.
