Rawland Site Development for Wireless Tower

FDH assisted a major carrier in the site development for a new wireless tower. The challenges included siting the tower in the same space as two broadcast towers. FDH was able to create a seamless process for this client by handling all its needs from start to finish, including performing Site Ring Search, preparing Site Candidate Information Package, performing Site Survey and 1A Certification, preparing Lease Exhibit, negotiating Lease, preparing Zoning Drawings, preparing Photo Simulations, representing project at Zoning Hearings, performing Geotechnical Investigation, developing Construction Drawings, and coordinating project Permitting. The construction drawings provided access drive, compound layout, grounding specifications, electrical specifications, proposed tower and antenna layout, and applicable codes for local governing authorities. FDH’s experienced site acquisition, civil, geotechnical and structural teams ensured coordinated quick turn-around for each phase of the project development for the client.
