Bridge Scour Analysis for Colorado DOT

The purpose of this project was to determine the foundation type, lateral dimensions, and foundation/pile embedment for bridges with unknown foundations, as part of CDOT Project SW00-875. Test methods used were Dispersive Wave and Dispersive Side Sonic. Final deliverables for each bridge investigation consisted of a final report with project location, a description of the testing conducted at the site, and a table of results listing the principle dimensions of the foundations, drawings, and site photographs.
