Mr. Greg McCray brings to FDH Infrastructure Services 30 years of business, marketing, sales, engineering, operations, M&A, management, and international experience in the communications technology industry. As CEO of FDH, Mr. McCray drives the company’s engineering and scientific mission, and provides strategic oversight for the company’s growth and expansion into critical infrastructure markets. His previous experience includes chief executive roles at Access/Google Fiber, Aero Communications, Inc., Antenova Limited, and PipingHot Networks. He served as Senior Vice President for Lucent Technologies’ customer operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and also led Lucent’s sales operations for the Eastern United States. He held previous engineering and managerial roles at AT&T, Bell Laboratories, and IBM. Mr. McCray currently serves on the Board of Directors for ADTRAN (NASDQ:ADTN), where he sits on the Audit Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors for CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE:CTL), where he was chairman of the Cyber Security & Risk Committee, and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. McCray holds an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Purdue University, a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, and has attended executive business programs at the University of Illinois, Harvard, and INSEAD.
Mr. Eric Redd has 25 years of financial management experience spanning multiple industries in the private and public sectors. He is skilled in supervising financial staff during mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and turnarounds that restore resource productivity, return on investments, product line profitability, and production capacity. As CFO of FDH, Mr. Redd oversees the development of key financial and operational metrics that guide the senior leadership team’s organizational strategy. He also leads the company’s shared services functions, which include accounting and financial management focusing on business processes, reporting, cash management, analytics, budgeting/forecasting, and integration of the back-office support functions to maximize operational performance. His background includes oversight and management of client contracts, procurement, payroll, benefits, corporate insurance, information technology, human capital, and legal. His most recent experience includes a Senior Consultancy role at Element78 Advisors, a strategic advisory and financial consulting services firm, and Controller for Glotel, Incorporated, a national staffing firm for IT, telecommunications, and engineering professions. Mr. Redd holds a B.S in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Ms. Maria Montemurro leads the human resources initiatives for the entire FDH organization, which has nine office locations and spans the telecommunications, heavy civil, power, industrial, commercial, and government markets. She serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team by aligning HR goals with organizational strategy. Key responsibilities include workforce planning and talent acquisition, implementing recruiting and onboarding practices in accordance with affirmative action plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, assuring fair and equitable administration of wage and benefits plans, and managing change by supporting employee engagement and company culture initiatives. Ms. Montemurro’s previous experience includes HR management roles at Cablevision Systems Corporation in New Jersey, which was the fifth largest cable provider in the United States, serving 2.4 million residential video customers in and around the New York metropolitan area. Ms. Montemurro is a graduate of Centenary College and Long Island Institute, and received her PHR certification from Farleigh Dickinson University. She is Hogan Level 1 certified and an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and National Society of Human Resources.
Ladson Brearley is an experienced vice president of engineering with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications, federal, and commercial building industries. An experienced leader of technical organizations and an effective communicator, he is skilled in engineering operations, project delivery, business development, risk management, and structural engineering. For FDH Infrastructure Services, Mr. Brearley oversees the company’s commercial development strategy for multiple market sectors, including wireless, broadcast, and heavy civil infrastructure. During his tenure with American Tower, he assumed overall responsibility for the structural and site engineering required to market and maintain a 40,000-tower portfolio, re-organized the engineering organization, developed an architectural engineering group, established engineering standards of practice, and produced over 50,000 deliverables per year. While at AECOM, he led an organization of architects and engineers that designed a wide variety of facilities and infrastructure in support of industrial, military, institutional, and commercial clients. Mr. Brearley holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in Physics from Davidson College.
Gregg Fehrman provides oversight for all field operations at FDH Infrastructure Services. This includes engineering investigations as well as above-grade and below-grade services for communications towers and other critical infrastructure. Mr. Fehrman is focused on providing the safest and most economical field solutions, customized to meet each client’s specific needs while safeguarding the high level of quality that past, present, and future clients expect from this historic organization. Mr. Fehrman joined Stainless, the broadcast division of FDH, as an engineer-in-training in 1993 shortly after graduating from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, with a B.S. in Structural Engineering. Under the tutelage of great mentors and alongside a dedicated team, he accepted greater responsibility in the roles of Senior Structural Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, and eventually President of Stainless, LLC. He now holds responsibility for field operations for both the Stainless and FDH organizations. Mr. Fehrman is a licensed professional engineer and a member of TIA, AISC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and NCEES.
Amir Rakha is well regarded as an exceptional business strategist with a track record for growing technology companies in challenging markets. As Vice President of Foundations Infrastructure and Nondestructive Testing, Mr. Rakha is expanding FDH’s nondestructive testing business and leveraging the company’s proprietary technology into new markets through strategic partnerships and licensing. He brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the software technology and infrastructure industries with such companies as Navtech, Inc., Aha! Software, and Antenova Limited, and he has negotiated key partnerships while serving as a Partner Executive to Hewlett Packard / Hewlett Packard Enterprise / DXC Technology. Mr. Rakha holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
Dennis Abel leads the Engineering Services Development division at FDH Infrastructure Services. This team develops new products and services, and continuously refines and enhances the company’s existing tools and processes to increase the speed and quality of engineering services provided to clients. Prior to his role as Chief Engineer, Mr. Abel directed FDH’s structural engineering department, overseeing the development, implementation, operation, and monitoring of quality standards. He has worked in the telecommunications tower industry for more than 20 years, focusing on the design and analysis of towers, tower reinforcement systems, tower appurtenances, rooftop structures, and foundations, and the development of engineering systems at companies such as Aero Solutions, Nello Corporation and Valmont. Mr. Abel is a member of the TIA TR14 Committee, which writes the TIA-222 tower design standard. He has served as Vice Chair of the Existing Structures group and is a member of the Small Wind Turbine and the Mount to Tower Interaction groups. He is also a contributing author to industry publications on structural standards. Mr. Abel is a licensed professional engineer in 44 states/territories and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
