Doty Appointed to NWSA Board of Governors Posted on Aug 17, 2015

Don Doty, vice president of operations for FDH Velocitel, was recently appointed to the inaugural Board of Governors for the National Wireless Safety Alliance. NWSA is a national non-profit assessment and certification organization that has been developed to improve the safety skills and training of the professionals who work on towers and other non-standard structures. Doty, a long-time member of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), has played a leadership role in improving tower worker safety. He is a recent recipient of NATE’s Bill Carlson Lifetime Service Award for his efforts to advance safety standards and education in the industry. Doty joins 27 additional board members, who represent a diverse cross-section of wireless industry professionals. Read more.
