Noel Garcia, vice president of engineering and field operations for SiteSafe (a business of FDH Velocitel), is an invited panel speaker at the NEDAS Spring Summit in New York City on April 20. Garcia will discuss “Designing for Small Cell and DAS: The Criticality of EME Consideration.” Garcia brings to SiteSafe more than 25 years of industry experience and is responsible for the delivery of RF compliance engineering and Small Cell and DAS RF engineering services.
